The hotel is exceptional. Beautiful, well-equipped and very comfortable rooms. Wonderful breakfast. The restaurant food is sensational. If all these positive features were not enough, what stands out most is the service, kind staff always willing to help. I cannot remember staying anywhere better.
Naatooh is one of those places that expresses the very best of hospitality. The idea behind it is reflected in the architecture, the care in every detail, and the sense of warmth. It is an exclusive place, with few accommodations, which makes it even more intimate. Breakfast is served in three stages with an à la carte menu, everything perfect and extremely well done. There are very few places like this.
From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly attentive, kind, and truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. We felt it was in the most beautiful area of Florianópolis. One of the highlights was the all-day breakfast served overlooking the water and marina. Everything about this place felt thoughtful and intentional.
