A signature kitchen, for a few at a time. Brazilian, regional and fresh ingredients in the hands of chef Fernando Martins. Authentic, contemporary cooking in an intimate setting.

To outside visitors, Tuesday through Sunday.
As Palatooh also welcomes the outside public, we recommend booking in advance to secure your table.
Breakfast
The best reason to wake up early
Sourdough breads, artisanal jams and sweets, fresh tarts, regional cheeses and seasonal fruit. Fresh juices and coffee brewed at the table.
For guests, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., whenever you like. No reservation needed.
*On check-out day, breakfast service ends at 11:00 a.m.
