You and your pet
To be at Naatooh is to live moments that become memory. And we know that many of them only feel complete with your pet by your side.
Rules for pet stays
- Pets accepted at Naatooh: small and medium-sized dogs and cats, limited to 2 pets per accommodation.
- A fee of R$ 150,00 per night, per pet, applies.
- The pet must have up-to-date vaccinations, to be presented at check-in, as well as current flea and tick treatment.
- The guest must provide a bed for their pet.
- Pets are not allowed on sofas or beds, nor may they be placed on the accommodation’s bed or bath linens.
- The pet may not be left alone in the accommodation.
- The guest is responsible for keeping the accommodation in perfect physical and hygienic condition. Cleaning any pet waste, inside or outside the accommodation, is the guest’s responsibility.
- Cleaning pet waste is not included in housekeeping service. If the Naatooh team needs to intervene for cleaning in this regard, a fee of R$ 150,00 per cleaning will apply.
- Your pet has access to all common areas of the hotel, except the pool.
- Pets may not be left loose on the property without a leash. Depending on size and breed, the use of a muzzle may be requested; please consider this item mandatory and bring it with you.
- We have cats, peacocks, chickens and other animals that move freely throughout the property. For this reason, a pet stay at Naatooh requires that the animal be used to living with other animals and able to adapt well to the environment. If your pet does not tolerate the presence of other animals, we recommend considering this carefully before confirming the stay.
- It is the guest’s responsibility to prevent barking and behaviors that may compromise the tranquility of the space, out of respect for other guests. As this is a natural environment, sounds from local fauna may stimulate some pets; it is the guardian’s responsibility to ensure proper handling.
- If the animal causes damage to the property or to the belongings of other guests, the guest will be responsible for reimbursement. Damage to linens, including sheets, duvets and towels, caused by urine, feces, vomit or scratches will be charged according to replacement value. Damage to furniture, doors, frames or any decorative item will also be charged.
- If the rules above are not followed, Naatooh reserves the right to request the immediate removal of the animal from the property, with no right to reimbursement of the nights owed by the guest.
