The experience unfolds in stages, without haste, in a sequence designed to awaken the palate with lightness, care and delicacy.

A fresh and light selection to begin the day: natural juice, seasonal fruits, handmade yogurt and a revitalizing shot.
Second stage
Flavor, texture and presence
Handmade breads, antipasti, cold cuts and house preparations, served at the table to compose a morning with flavor, texture and presence.
Final stage
The final touch
A sweet touch to close the experience with charm and delicacy.

For visitors, up to 2 additional à la carte items per person are included.
Because breakfast changes daily, we do not work with a fixed menu. What exists is a sequence carefully guided by the kitchen, always preserving the essence of the experience.
Although we offer gluten-free options, our kitchen is not free from cross-contamination.
