Important information
Voucher terms of use
- The voucher corresponds to a closed experience, composed exclusively of the items described in the purchased experience.
- As it is a special composition between lodging, gastronomy, and services, its value is not tied to standalone, promotional, or seasonal rates eventually offered by Naatooh or Palatooh in other periods.
- The voucher is valid in low- and mid-demand periods, subject to availability.
- It is not valid on holidays, holiday eves, New Year's Eve, Carnival, commemorative dates such as Mother's Day, Father's Day, Valentine's Day, and other high-demand periods defined by Naatooh.
- Stay scheduling is done directly with our concierge. The recipient requests the desired date and we check availability.
- After confirmation, date changes are subject to availability and current Naatooh policies.
- The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
- The stay must take place within the voucher's validity period — not just be booked within it.
- Before issuance, the recipient's name may be changed upon request. Once issued, the voucher is nominal and non-transferable.
- The voucher is non-refundable, non-convertible to cash, and cannot be partially used as credit for other products or services.
- There will be no refund, credit, discount, replacement, or compensation for differences in value, change of preference, or items not used by the guest.
- Beverages, pairings, extra consumption, minibar items, room service, additional fees, and other services not expressly described in the experience are not included.
- The included dinner consists of the 5-course Menu Confiance for two, with service charge already included in the experience value. Beverages and pairings are not included.
- The included massage must be scheduled at the time of booking the stay, subject to team availability.
- The included parking is valid for 1 vehicle during the stay, subject to availability.
- The voucher cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, courtesies, promotional rates, or special conditions.
- Category differences, accommodation upgrades, additional nights, or extra services may be contracted separately, subject to availability and additional charge.
- Experience prices may be adjusted at any time without prior notice. For vouchers already purchased and issued, the conditions contracted at the time of purchase will be preserved.
