Voucher terms of use
- The Voucher corresponds to a Naatooh credit, used for stay and massage service.
- Covered items: stay and massage. Not included: consumption at Palatooh, minibar, food and beverages in general.
- The Voucher value is deducted from the chosen stay's rate. If there is a remaining balance, it is paid directly with Naatooh.
- The Voucher is valid in low- and mid-demand periods, subject to availability.
- It is not valid on holidays, holiday eves, New Year's Eve, Carnival, commemorative dates such as Mother's Day, Father's Day, Valentine's Day, and other high-demand periods defined by Naatooh.
- Stay scheduling is done directly with our concierge. The recipient requests the desired date and we check availability.
- After confirmation, date changes are subject to availability and current Naatooh policies.
- The Voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
- The stay must take place within the Voucher's validity period — not just be booked within it.
- The Voucher is issued with the From: and To: details provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Once issued, it is nominal and non-transferable.
- The Voucher is non-refundable, non-convertible to cash, and cannot be partially used for other products or services outside the described scope.
- There will be no refund, credit or compensation for unused stay balance, change of preference or cancellation.
- Massage must be scheduled in advance, subject to team availability.
- The Voucher cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, courtesies, promotional rates or special conditions.
