For those who choose to celebrate the turn of the year at the table, Palatooh presents a special dinner signed by chef Fernando Martins. An intimate gastronomic experience, with the flavors of a signature cuisine and the freedom to enjoy the night at your own pace.
The dinner is optional, booked and paid for separately. It is not included in the stay package and requires advance booking, subject to availability.

On the night of December 31, from 6:30 pm, there will be no other dining service or room service at the hotel. Guests not attending the dinner may plan their meal outside Naatooh.
