What is the minimum stay?

Carnival packages are offered from 3 nights, according to the dates and conditions available on our online rates page.

Yes. Breakfast is included in the stay and served from 8:30 am to 11 am.

Can I pay by credit card or PIX?

Yes. Direct bookings offer payment by credit card in up to 4 interest-free installments and a PIX rate with 10% off the credit card rate, according to the conditions shown at the time of booking.

Do the villas accommodate up to four guests?

Yes, the villas have two suites and accommodate up to four guests. The final price depends on the number of guests and should be checked on our online rates page.

Can children stay at Naatooh over Carnival?

Yes, in the villas. During Carnival 2027, the Pitanga and Jabuticaba villas welcome guests of all ages, with up to 4 guests per villa, children included. The suites follow the hotel policy, for guests aged 12 and over. To check rates with children, enter the number and ages on our online rates page or talk to our team.

Is Palatooh included in the stay?

Breakfast is included. Other meals are charged separately and subject to reservation and availability.
