Terms of use
Terms common to all three Palatooh Gift Vouchers
- The Gift Voucher is valid during low and medium demand periods, subject to availability.
- It is not valid on national holidays, holiday eves, New Year's Eve, Carnival, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Valentine's Day, or other high-demand periods defined by Naatooh.
- Booking is arranged directly with our concierge. The recipient requests the desired date and we confirm availability.
- The Gift Voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
- The experience must take place within the validity period — not merely be booked within it.
- The Gift Voucher is issued with the From: and To: information provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Once issued, it is nominal and non-transferable.
- The Gift Voucher is non-refundable, cannot be converted to cash, and cannot be partially used for products or services outside the described scope.
- There will be no refund, credit or compensation for unused balance, change of preference, or cancellation.
- Palatooh is adjacent to Hotel Naatooh and does not have its own parking. Visitor spaces are available subject to availability (R$ 50 per vehicle), or a complimentary transfer from the access gate.
- The Gift Voucher is not combinable with other promotions, discounts, courtesies, promotional rates or special conditions.

- The Gift Voucher corresponds to a closed breakfast experience for the number of people purchased.
- Alcoholic beverages and other consumption outside the scope of breakfast are not included.
Specific · Secret Ritual · Menu Confiance
- The Gift Voucher corresponds to a closed Menu Confiance experience for the number of people purchased.
- Menu Confiance is a signature sequence defined by the chef — you cannot choose the courses.
- Dietary restrictions must be reported at the time of booking.
- Beverages, pairings, couvert and other consumption outside the scope of dinner are not included.
Specific · Value Voucher
- The Gift Voucher corresponds to a Palatooh credit, redeemed against consumption at the restaurant.
- Items covered: consumption at Palatooh — lunch, dinner or Menu Confiance from the regular menu. Breakfast is not included in this credit — it has its own dedicated Gift Voucher.
- It does not apply to events with their own programming and pricing (paired dinners, themed dinners, festivals and similar).
- The Gift Voucher value is deducted from the bill at the time of consumption. Any remaining balance is settled directly at Palatooh.
