Terms of use

Everything the recipient of a Palatooh Gift Voucher needs to know to use it with peace of mind.

  1. Validity

    1. Valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
    2. The experience must be carried out within this period — not just scheduled.
    3. The deadline cannot be extended or renewed.

  2. Blocked dates

    The Gift Voucher is not valid on:
    1. National holidays and the days before them
    2. New Year's Eve and Carnival
    3. Mother's Day, Father's Day, and Valentine's Day
    4. Other high-demand periods defined by Palatooh

  3. Scheduling

    1. Booking can be made by reservation directly at palatooh.com.br, where available dates and times can be checked.
    2. If you prefer, you can also book via WhatsApp, with support from our concierge.
    3. Breakfast is served Tuesday to Sunday, from 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM.

  4. Issuance and transfer

    1. The Gift Voucher is issued in digital format, with the names of the giver and the recipient as provided at the time of purchase.
    2. Before issuance, the recipient's name may be adjusted upon prior request.
    3. Once issued, the Gift Voucher is nominal and non-transferable.

  5. Refund and conversion

    1. The Gift Voucher is neither refundable nor convertible to cash.
    2. Unused balance, change of preference, or cancellation do not generate compensation or credit.
    3. The Voucher cannot be partially used for products or services outside the contracted scope.

  6. Breakfast Voucher — what it covers

    1. Full breakfast served in three stages, with up to two additional à la carte items per person. Service charge included.
    2. The quantity purchased applies to any day of the week, with no difference between weekdays and weekends.
    3. Alcoholic beverages, parking, and consumption outside the breakfast scope are not included.

  7. Secret Ritual · Menu Confiance Voucher — what it covers

    1. Discover the experience format at palatooh.com.br/menu.
    2. Five courses defined by the chef, with service charge included.
    3. Dishes are defined by the kitchen, following seasonality and the chef's curation — no choice is possible.
    4. Dietary restrictions must be informed and discussed in advance at the time of scheduling — not all adaptations are possible.
    5. Beverages, pairings, couvert, and parking are not included.

  8. Value Voucher (Credit) — what it covers

    1. Valid for consumption at Palatooh for lunch, dinner or Menu Confiance from the regular menu.
    2. Not valid for breakfast — breakfast has its own dedicated Voucher.
    3. Not valid for events with their own programming and pricing, such as paired dinners, themed nights, festivals, and other seasonal experiences.
    4. The credit is deducted from the bill at the time of consumption; any remaining balance is settled directly at Palatooh.
    5. Remaining balance is not refunded or credited for later use.
    6. Parking, minibar, and services from Hotel Naatooh are not included.

  9. Parking

    1. Palatooh is next to Hotel Naatooh and does not have its own parking.
    2. Visitor spaces may be available, subject to a fee.
    3. As an alternative, we offer a complimentary transfer from the complex's entrance gate.

  10. Combinability

    The Gift Voucher is not cumulative with promotions, discounts, courtesies, special rates, or events with their own programming and pricing.

  11. Changes after confirmation

    After the reservation is confirmed, any date changes are conditional upon availability and current policies.

  12. Price adjustments

    Modality prices are subject to adjustment without prior notice. Vouchers already issued fully preserve the conditions in effect at the date of purchase.
